wuts ur priorities? note has a longer battery life and bigger screen compared to s3 but performance wise s3 wins, note will lag if under heavy widgets, but of coz most games run just as fine in the note

Guys, youmobile is not a credible source of information, there is no source provided and is not an announcement from samsung, its just a false rumour about jelly bean.

firstly, optimized for quad core? heck the galaxy nexus is dual core and future android phones mostly will run dual core, so all gonna use ics only? you think google so stupid?
2nd, larger screen size? this one is total bullshit, you know what? the Nexus S, single core and our resolution, is gonna get the jelly bean update.

one thing i know is, the price of android phones will keep dropping, so that 'investment' is a total failure

you using non-g or g? cm9 has alot alot of revisions, you can always try a newer or older revision and find one that works. thing about cm9 is each nightly doesnt mean its a full release, it might have bugs

tried dxlp9? and did you by any chance, muted the call? or you lowered the call volume all the way down? or you're auto paired with a bluetooth handsfree?

check kernel wakelock see. sometimes partial wont appear but kernel appear. also try update BBS to latest version via xda

i try before with a cable that can only charge, it will show you usb connected and mass storage but it wont appear in your pc. so most probably is the cable problem if more than 1 phone cant connect

yea i use back the ori usb cable and it appears. before that, you are non-g?

yea got difference, there was a case where g version updated cannot be detected by the pc

eh, is both the s2 you tested non-g? and both using the same rom and kernel? the kernel/rom could affect whether ur usb mass storage can be detected or not
