It happened to me,test the phone with *#0#*,everything is great when at shop,but after one hour,the hp hang,need to open battery and restart,after that screen not showing anything,lucky the blue cube still got stock and i demand one on one exchanged ,i stress out i dont want to claim warranty,i just use it for an hour,and not even single msg or call has been made out yet.

my sgs3 is from celcom blue cube,yes make sure of it,after the replacement,i hang out at the cube for 1 hour just for the testing

I also got the same problem within one hour bought,i go asked the celcom cube to change one on one because the unit is defective,i suggest u go and ask them to change for you,i think within one week u still can ask for one on one change,don go for warranty,stress out that is not your problem,it come from hardware and you dont want to claim warranty u want to change for one on one,if they insist,ROLL ON FLOOR AND DONT LEAVE THE SHOP!

i did nothing,after around an hour,i wanted to charge the hp,suddenly i cant slide to unlock,the screen did not react to touch,than it hang,i need to open the battery and insert back,after that it happened again,until the screen goes blank and only the soft button screen (the back and menu button) is on..i dint open the battery,i straight go to the cube and show to them what happened and ask for one on one change..if that happened again,dont open out ur battery,just bring the hang phone to the place u bought it as a prove that the phone is defective.

haiz,i wrote so long and u still asking what to do

if u try factory reset and it still happened,its a hardware prob,i suggest just go and ask for a change if can

telco will do it for us,but for my case,celcom dint register yet,i need to call them and asked them to register for me

lol what,u better call digi and asked them or u can manually check by sms PC <Space> <IMEI> toto 33802 <celcom line> or 62002 <digi / Maxis line> try this
