hope he can get it replaced at blue cube

any idea when the stocks will be coming in for regular phone shops?

how to register for warranty?

Today fail. The staff there need to consult with their HQ first.
Tomorrow only will know though i didn't put much hope on 1 to 1 exchange. If need repair then i'll hold first as i want to use the phone for a month or two. Can still live without LED indicator.

yesterday im asking at one staff at maxis at aeon jusco melaka, he tolds me that no stock available.. brr..

Regular phone shop start receiving stock edi. Even small stall at Low Yat got stock but the price dang high.
In a week or two the price should be stabilize and follow RRP

Today my friend able got his pebble blue unit at pavillion maxis centre..but limited to 40 units only. U all can try luck ther..

yes, melaka no product, sadly. very few and selling fast.

I'm not sure this will happened to non idevice or not, just share my friend experience, her idevice (got from celcom) home button was spoil, sent to Celcom Pavillion, wait more than a month still no news at all, called also nobody pick the call, so we decided going to the celcom shop last Friday, ppls there totally don't intend to entertain at all, the reason given was no authority to check the system regarding the warranty status, wtf!!! My friend keep sitting there & refused to leave, finally the representative has no choice & don't know where he got a replacement set (look like brand new) & pass to my friend. Conclusion is how bad celcom handling warranty issue.

Ehehe..better use my phone without LED rather than wait for a month. Maybe before the warranty expired i'll send for repair at service centre
