A few widgets wont work if use 3rd party launcher.
Actually TW quite improve edi. No more bloatwares such as Sosial Hub, Reader Hub, Games Hub and Music Hub plus a few others. This bloatwares makes the phone crawling. If i rooted, this type of app gonna get un-install as fast as i could :-)

All apps can be re-download but not all apps can be used in every Android phone. Most of them can but certain paid apps cannot..such as Skyfire browser can only be used either on phone or tablet but not both. Or Voodoo Louder where it's tied with specific kernel only. Certain paid apps can only be used in rooted phone but is useless in un-rooted phone.

Added on June 5, 2012, 7:58 amYes..all apps (free and paid) can be re-download as long as it used same google account. You can even use more than one google account in one phone. Add account in google play and you can re-download the apps from that account as well.
