light flow lite is a app to control the LED lights. it got the option to control notification tones as well so i guess maybe that app overwrite your settings, if you got use it

you can sync your contacts to google account, then after factory reset, just sign in your google account and your contacts will be restored

your contacts not sync to gmail?  after using android phone, i never worry about my contacts again.

all your contact should save at your gmail, dont save phone only, unsynced , so when you have new phone and use same gmail, the phone number will automatically resynce to your phone
