trust me dude, i got the DA normal and the DA black. using the black now.. and i myself have sweaty hands.. and so far very satisfied with black edition. and it dosent attract dust, therefore scratches wont appear in the Black edition. wherelse my DA normal, has a lot of scratches even though i clean it everyday with microfiber cloth ( to prevent scratches). and the DA black is VERY comfortable.

Other keyboards yes, they use their own software driver but for blackwidow, it appears to use from the razer synapse.
