that's the cheapest plan from what i have seen. i have a few colleauges using this and they said the coverage is fine .
as i know, Umobile is under Celcom so the coverage should be fine. if im not mistaken

They are mostly copy others or very cheap slow quality but high price. How to buy , Korea also don't support LG because LG supply display to fruit but didn't use it on their phone.

i have always wanted this Umobile plan. was thinking of getting One X and this plan till the S3 was announced

I use U Mobile.
It has its own 3G network, but coverage is very limited. Outside the coverage we roam in Celcom's 2G network.

One thing I notice: voice quality not so great

S3 is dozen better. Really, try to believe from a jump ship people.
