Sphere Damansara, Any comments ?

went there see today..location is pretty good...but the price...imho, is future + 5 years price...LOL... 300k onwards for 600 sf unit... with that price, i can get many other places for soho unit. however they kasi 2% discount..and need oni pay 5% dp after the 2% rebate... this project is dibs but purchaser need to pay for it 1st, then claim back from developer.. ma fan... about the freebies, heard got aircond, kitchen cabinet... not really interested after see the sky high price....
