Switch to Singapore 1 lor. Still a lot to improve but this phone is not getting WP8, I believe Nokia will still support it with minor updates after WP7.8.

yeah im resetting it and use singapore as my locale and region. but i got another problem. im using tune talk , and i cant use internet and data. call and sms can. wifi also can. anyone?

at setting - cellular - edit apn - APN : tunetalk. others leave blank.

at network setup - operator : tunetalk

internet APN - access point name : tunetalk

MMS APN - MMS access point name : tunetalkmms - proxy address : 10.128.1.242 - proxy port : 8080 - username password leave blank - MMSC address : http://mms.celcom.net.my

Hye all. Just bought lumia 800 black last week. So far so good. The smoothness is tempting although it is single core compared to my quad core s3. I faced a few problems (minor i think)

1) sometimes 'marketplace is not available at the moment'
2) what is the latest os version? And what is the latest firmware revision no? Everytime i connect my lumia to zune, there is always an update. And every update took ages to be completed.
3) and until now i cant download twitter app. It stated that my firmware is not up to date.

Other than that, it is a great phone. Cant wait 7.8 to be coming to malaysia :-)

1) ur region set to where? most of us are set to Singapore.
2) You should let it keep update when there is an update. last time i brought my phone and than i update it, it update 3 times...
3) this i dont know...

anyone send their lumia 800 for warranty before?
if cracked screen can send for warranty? must have the warranaty card?

WTF I accidentally delete the whole One Note. Preinstalled app. How to get it back? Marketplace can't find.

cracked screen - I ask nokia care before, RM703 to fix it. warranty card only free u labour charge, sparepart alone RM703

Or like me, buy sparepart from ipmart RM350 and go shop fix for total 420, depending on labour charge.

heard from lowyat guy in 2-3 weeks time, 920 n 820 got launched n 900 price will drop 200-300. l800 price will likely stay same. dilemma btw 900 n 800

Lumia 900 and 800 will drop. Maybe Lumia 900 will be sold below RM1k :-) this is because no windows phone 8 update. Be patient and wait for lumia 920

Lumia 800 already drop to rrp 859. Lumia 900 will drop soon, should be RM9xx?
weekeng, depends whether u want big screen and front cam or not.

Okay time to buy. The GPS just download the whole thing once, then later can use offline.
