Even that we use SEA version we can play at US or EU servers, but we can trade at their real money auction house right?

So, in order to trade at US real money auction house do we need to use US version? Or when we register blizzard id we put our country as US?

Malaysia is listed under US (The Americas) region. So yes, you can use US RMAH, but it is not released at the moment.

Just a question here ~ how the real money auction house actually working?

Because my friend do confuse me..he say that the money inside that bank account(such as paypal) can only use in blizzard..but cannot withdraw out in real life....

it is i have to own a bank account in order to do the RMAH?
And the money i can withdraw from that account and use it in real life? or it lock under blizzard..and the so call $$(not gold) in d3 only can use to purchase in game item? or i can refund it from my account (just like ATM)

You can withdraw the money to your paypal account(Extra fee), then extract money from ur payment account to ur bank/credit card(extra fee), so in the end, not much left

Well, to be more specific.

Items sold in RMAH will be charged $1 USD upon payment.
Commodities (gold, essence, crafting materials etc.) will be taxed on a 15% flat rate.

Another 15% transaction fee will be charged for transferring balance from your Blizzard account to PayPal your account.

And many other minor charges here and there, minus this and that you'll end up with 50% of your original value.

You can keep the money in Blizzard to buy their other games or expansion.

Blizz and Paypal make $$$ from all gamers thru RMAH instead of you guys

Yeah, how are you other guys getting it working without accounts getting locked? I read on the forums people having that happen when name or address of account etc not matching the battlenet account. So to clarify, Malaysians with a global account can hop on the US region and sell on RMAH provided the name on their battlenet/paypal/creditcard/address all match? I've also read some people post that previously they were selling/buying on RMAH and suddenly got locked out when before it was fine. Anyone care to elaborate/clear this up?

you have to change the address to malaysia address if you wanna use malaysian phone number. but you have to contact the Customer Support to change your current address. must provide IC at least to prove that you're living in Malaysia.
