yes it's a very troublesome thingy, i registered my battlenet account to American region i think...years ago and i couldn't set up my account properly in rmah

i had to photocopy my ID, utility bill as proof to where im staying then blizzard will update your address n region for you.
then it's easy to set up and attach your credit card/paypal watever details to your account after that.

just update them once n for all. when you make listings or sales via rmah, you're sometimes required to enter a code which will be sent to your mobile phone.
authenticate your account and update the right phone number at least. else you'll be living in US, and everything else ties to Malaysia.
sucks when you cant cash what you're selling if blizzard wants to mess with you.. jsut saying.
