Well, to be more specific.
Items sold in RMAH will be charged $1 USD upon payment. Commodities (gold, essence, crafting materials etc.) will be taxed on a 15% flat rate. Another 15% transaction fee will be charged for transferring balance from your Blizzard account to PayPal your account. And many other minor charges here and there, minus this and that you'll end up with 50% of your original value.   |
