I played magic when I was in Form 3, that was like 9 years ago. Then stopped at my 2nd year in college which was yr 2001. Tat means 5 years ago. Haha.. sold my psychatog deck, so I stopped playing. Now start casually playin with old cards now

Would just like to inform that our store Manawerx has successfully relocated. We are now situated in Millenium Square PJ which is very close to our previous location. Here's a map to our new location :



For those who have not heard of us , we are one of the stores with a table set up at Micheal Toh's Pre-Release tournaments. Some may remember us as "the magic store in the cyber cafe" as our previous location was located within Alfa One Cyber Cafe , Section 14.

We currently carry most Magic the Gathering products and card supplies (boxes , sleeves , folders , etc). We also have a HUGE inventory of cards from Time Spiral Block , if you're looking for cards from TSB , chances are we will have them in stock.

We also organize drafts at RM25 / person ( 3 boosters ) within the store. We can also sanction the drafts to boost player reward event count.

hmmm...ok let's share this since i'm free, day 1 i am doing quite bad with 4-3-0. This means I got to win all 5 matches to ensure top 8 at day 2.

day 2 sure is my lucky day, earl in the morning i get BYE for round 8(which is 1st round of day 2). Then round 9 my opponent got mana screwed...lucky streak. Then after that is constructed T2 portion, Round 10 i played agaisnt a very good opponent, i make mistake on game 2 and lost, but game 3 i come back, again, luck me.

Round 11 is my favourite match during the whole Nationals, during game 2, I have 2 Dark confidant in play, life is 4-3(me-opponent). During my upkep the 1st card i reveal, remand bring me down to 2 life, guess wat's the next card reveal, sensei's divining top!!, then i get down to 1 life and swing with both my dark confidant for the win. 4 lucky matches in a row!

The last round of swiss is against the popular Terry Soh, actually he got enuf point for top 8 edi(he paired down to me), but he can't offer me the win because he got to beat me, so tat his brother joe soh got the chance to go top 8. It's quite a boring matches coz we both play control, and any1 who knows magic well knows how boring a control mirror will be. In the end I beat him 2-1, and seeded 3rd for swiss rounds.

Top 8 i got eliminated rite away. End of story...

I tot tat is all, then i go home and sleep, then my frens tell me i missed the top 8 ceremony and photo taking session....hahaha

cdwk, can you post your deck list? and if you know what the other top 8 players were playing please post their decks as well. wizards' lack of coverage in malaysia is disappointing. BDM had singapore nats partially covered but they forgot malaysia completely. damn wizards for their favourtism.

Hmm...what kind of card games you want ler?
The one I'm most familiar with and I can say should be the most popular one is still Magic the Gathering...
For shops, Comics Corner in Subang Jaya and Damansara.... For more info on other shops in KL or Selangor area, you can try asking XenoFreak or perhaps topic starter..

As for Penang shop, I would be glad to introduce you to Twenty Twenty Book Center(or store, can't remember). It was previously known as NovelHut.
