just found out the TMT 1.4 does not come with a clock!!! want to set an alarm and go for a nap now but can't find it!! install HD widget and tap on the clock, normally it will bring me to the clock with timer/alarm/etc but NO, no response at all after i tap on the clock in HD widget.

it is normal, some just dun bother to read the first posts but like to ask question here instead.

i like TMT 1.4 better. Install RR v2 this morning without wipe. Then flash to TMT 1.4 full wipe later. Cna't stand the kalagas theme. Some one give some comment about the kalagas theme and kena blasted at the RR ROM thread. I think majority of the RR rom users want the stock theme rather than the kalagas theme but eybee still insist using it as default.

EDIT: btw, anyone where to download the stock samsung Clock app? Or can rip one from their rom? The TMT 1.4 does not come with it..zzZZzzzz....

i think i answer you already - mine has no such problem. I dun think you can find a solution here, try google. If still cannot, you will just need to live with it. Or sell you Note and buy another.

I know the frustration coz my CallerID also has problem when using the Chinese leaked ICS and there is simply no solution to it. I just need to use other ROM.

EDIT: I suggest you flash the Taiwan/HK LPF ICS with PC Odin. It might solve your problem since it is more "chinese" based but no guarantee but no harm trying if you must get a solution for this.

zzzZZZ... total waste of time and resources to download the 102MB RR V2 stock theme just to flash back to stock theme.

may revert to try RR v2 with stock theme with full wipe tomorrow to see how is the performance compared to full wipe TMT 1.4.

i haven't decided which to keep at the moment. Flash RR V2 without wipe this morning with Kalagas which i dun like. Quite like TMT 1.4 at the moment but need to try RR V2 full wipe with stock theme first then only can get a better comparison.

similar to Uncle Benny's comment about it. Some minor FC - on S Voice and Angry Bird Space but it does not bother me. I like the SIII theme very much, it feel like a total new phone to me.

But i have some issue copying files to it now, still testing whether it is my SD card problem (most likely) or the ROM problem. Should not be half root problem as i have tested the root - still full intact.

yes, will definitely try it out on RR V2. Btw, can straight away do it on Kalagas Theme or must flash back to Stock Theme first only applied those SIII mods?

i think he is the second one. There is another guy done a "Superbrick" and sent to Samsung SC already. He updated his Note via Kies to Msia ICS with Taiwan ICS in his Note. But i dun really know how it could happen - shouldn't Kies detect his Note already on ICS and not proceed with the update? Weird.

Both bricking their Note becoz not following proper instruction. So it is still quite safe to flash ICS IF you strictly flash Abyss 4.2 first as the flashing tool before you do anything to the Note.

i thought they keep mentioning DO NOT wipe data in ICS recovery? Dun even do a factory reset in ICS rom too - be it official or custom rom?

I find it a bit troublesome too coz previously in GB without worrying of hard brick problem, it there is any FC or instability issue, first thing i will do is wipe cache and dalvik. If still cannot solve - wipe data and start from zero. If still cannot, reflashed the ROM. Now have to think thrice doing anything in Recovery.

i think RR v2 with SIII interface will be awesome, can't wait to flash it later afternoon. TMT 1.4 is nice for it SIII interface but the lack of some basic app like the Clock just annoy me.

yes, can straight flash with PC Odin. But why not try Taiwan/HK LPF stock ICS ROM. It is slightly slicker/smoother.

oic. Then i think should follow Dr. Ketan method to gain root - flash CWM, then flash Abyss 4.2, reboot Abyss recovery, flash RRV2, reboot, you are done. No need to flash to another stock ICS rom.

zzzz.... RR V2 going FULLY AUTO REBOOT in my Note. Follow the correct setup procedure but the phone keep restarting!!

1. Upon first reboot system, just when the Samsung logo animation appears...auto reboot.
2. After auto reboot, reach optimising application... half way optimising.... auto reboot.
3. After second auto reboot, optimising continue on some remaining apps... finished optimising... auto reboot.
4. After third auto reboot, manage to boot into PIN code request, after key in PIN CODE, auto reboot.
5. After fourth auto reboot, key in PIN CODE, select language, auto reboot.
6. After fifth auto reboot, select language, select time zone, auto reboot.
7. After sixth auto reboot, finished setup, auto reboot.
8. After seventh auto reboot, manage to go into Home Screen for few seconds, auto reboot!!!
9. Now the best part - auto reboot now every time i manage to go into Home Screen for few seconds!!!

Any ideas what's wrong? Could it be i hand itchy go mount internal SD Card (11.8GB) in Abyss and format it with PC? I done that before i flash the ROM, thinking to get a squeaky clean internal SD.

Can just go wipe cache and dalvik? with CWM? scary to use CWM....

i flashed from TMT 1.4. Maybe becoz TMT 1.4 is SGSIII in disguise.

anyway, PC Odin Taiwan LPF now since i do not have a screenie of what to select and what not to in PC Odin.

ok, done PC Odin LPF stock, root and install Abyss, reflashed RR v2 with full wipe. Boot into Home Screen with no issue now.

Should I flash the SGSIII theme now before restoring apps from TB? or doesn't matter? Coz still need 30mins before i finish download the S3 full theme file.

btw, it seems there's no guideline on flashing the Full Theme pack. Just follow the normal procedures to wipe cache and dalvik before flashing it?
