Mine is gonna expired in 7 days. Wanna renew, but many sites can't be download from alldebrid. It is not as good as before liao. Eg. Letitbit, ryushare, rapidgator, uploaded, extabit, lumfile all cannot. Hope all debrid can get the service back.

You also did not mentioned about "Due to the nature of debrid service, any of the hosters can be up, down, add, remove anytime." on your thread.

We have already stated in many reply any of the hosters can be up, down, add, remove manytime. Moreover, the lists for first post is for reference only. This has stated in first post.

In additional, the service is worth every cent you pay consider you get to enjoy premium download from many hosters. The price is NOT even half of the amount you need to pay for any one hosters premium account. That are still a lot of hosters have no issue.

I never know I can check status in control panel before I setup account with AllDebrid.
Although I don't expect all services to be up but it's difficult for me to accept 24 of 46 servers are down, more than 50%.

brought the 180 days.. but been struggling to use most of the time..
just using on jdownloader.. and most of the hoster don't work with alldebrid.. rapidgator cant work.. bitshare cant work.. only manage to use freakshare..

am sorry for posting here.. but tried contacting for support.. however was told nothing they can do.. and its like non of their business if it doesn't work.. : all hosters can be up / down / add / remove anytime.

I do not like disturb ppl business .. but disappointed with the response I get.

We need to clarify that It's NOT non of the business if certain hoster doesn't work. Alldebrid team does put effort to maintain as more hoster as they can. However, due to the nature of debrid service, any hoster could be up, down, add or remove anytime. There are many reasons caused this. We have posted many time in the past.

For this moment, I can see more than 25 hosters show green light on status list. This is not even include hoster there are not published.

Again, Alldebrid pricing is ridiculous cheap, it's worthwhile your every single cent.

I paid for 180 days Alldebrid Premium on 30 August, it's been 72 hours and I have not yet received any coupon.

Created a ticket on helpdesk, nothing happened.

Sent an email, nothing happened.

Check the live chat service, it's always offline.

Check TS's profile, been missing since 4th Aug.


Update (9/3): Live chat is online today. But I waited and waited and waited for few hours, no one respond. Damn frustrated.


TS, I have been using your service since years ago. It used to be fast and efficient. But now based on the previous feedbacks in this thread, plus my current situation, it seems that your company is no longer able to keep that "8 hours guarantee" anymore. I am very disappointed.


Update 2 (9/4): Finally, received the coupon just now.


To TS, please improve your service so that we the loyal customers can again put some faiths on your service. Thank you.
