Easy....copy link from direct download links (uploaded to, rapidgator, whatever), paste links into the AllDebrid page (your account), it will generate links...then use a downloader like JDownloader, copy and paste the link into it.

So you get to download full speed using premium account via Alldebrid (or whichever service). If you download directly using the original link, you can only download free which is slow and keep asking for captcha password which makes it impossible to download anyway....
