I paid for 180 days Alldebrid Premium on 30 August, it's been 72 hours and I have not yet received any coupon.

Created a ticket on helpdesk, nothing happened.

Sent an email, nothing happened.

Check the live chat service, it's always offline.

Check TS's profile, been missing since 4th Aug.


Update (9/3): Live chat is online today. But I waited and waited and waited for few hours, no one respond. Damn frustrated.


TS, I have been using your service since years ago. It used to be fast and efficient. But now based on the previous feedbacks in this thread, plus my current situation, it seems that your company is no longer able to keep that "8 hours guarantee" anymore. I am very disappointed.


Update 2 (9/4): Finally, received the coupon just now.


To TS, please improve your service so that we the loyal customers can again put some faiths on your service. Thank you.
