hmmm yes a few times before at sg congkak and hutan rimba ampang to catch some river shrimps... ^^ for some reason the shrimps cant last long away from the river. put them in my tank and most died the 2nd day. afew survived for almost 1 week and died also...

Where is sg congkak? Rimba ampang? Got nice plants? Dw?

ulu langat area... gt nice woods but hutan rimba ampang got rangers so cant really take the DW home but sg congkak can... ^^

wow... nice haul sang gemok n luqee... im suprised got such fish in palm oil plantation's stream...

ive tried ulu yam before,
not much i get from there..except, weird plants for my terrariums, and java moss and lots of river sand.
but if someone knows those secret places in there, i dont mind being wrong and we can try to go there.

i go there mainly to catch some river shrimps and sometimes even crabs if ur lucky enough to find 1... ^^

yeah. this 1! using this for tank back to previos thread pict. actually by using this, i don't have to wc my tank even now its already 2 month i didn't wc. just add water. still got clear water until now. no. mixed with yuzu first. i till now not sure with that recipe. back then i read it on japanese aquarist web where his owner share a lot of the way to keep your tank as good as possible. the i manage to have new low tech tech is by using it. no co2, no liquid fertilizer. you may know thic method as walstad. japanese aquarist sure keep some good aquascape technique just for themself??

oh.. giant river shrimp eh? i think your acclimate them wrongly or.. acclimate too fast. count me in & join you so i can acclimate them properly for you. just based from my 2 cents experienced

yea... big big river shrimps with claw... sometimes if lucky can even get crabs lol... ^^ but that time still noob dunno hw to acclimate them to my tank... balik from trip terus tuang dalam tank LOL
