Mahsing launched at the right time. At least for them. The buyers all bought overpriced properties.

Southville i heard 1st phase rm200k+? When got demand they ramp the price until rm400k+.

It might be a steal at rm100k. A lot better than the affordable housing.

This aint right. Friend of mine is in mahsing. You call thier direct sale line, your call will be forwarded too all mahsings sale agents. Just go to thier galleries and youll meet them.
They do hire external agents as well. Those youll have to watch out for.

later on selling price was 520+k. so fast already struggling to get buyer for auction at 270k. i think 240k decent buy for ownstay lor.

if tenants feel like want to to save a ringgit or two without needing to pay toll and look for a meal, where can they go for food, beside the 'lifestyle shops' downstairs?

I lived in a place where there is one lone mamak stall operated downstairs. where the food is nice, but after a week, I was about to have enough.
