As expected, Mah Sing's terrace houses facade are really neat and nice and hopefully the workmanship could be better.

If the foot print is 22 x 75 with 2.5 storey, then the size is quite standard and not too cramp like 20 x 65/70 as well as with 2800 sf built up, it would be indeed quite huge and spacious. It could similar with the sizes of Kinrara Residence and seems all the facades really a bit mirror-ing KR and M Residence 1/2.

If the 2800 sf built up size is confirmed, then RM 688k price could be well fair. But, if RM 800k, it would be not cheap unless more details reveal such as security, guarded, clubhouses and facilities. Anyhow, any idea how many total units? It plays a huge role in defining the prices too.

If name MS is not the criterion to purchase link house in bangi area, worth to consider bangi avenue's 3 storey to be launched soon by transloyal.

7 rooms w 7 bathrooms,,,, yes,,you read it right,,,, 7s. ..... All rooms with dedicated br.

A few months ago, the price app. 728k, next time checked, SA X dare to mention anoymore,,, look the way transloyal pricing structure,,, i can guess,,728, 738, 748, 758,,,, definitely x e over 800k,,,

For comparison, 2xxx sf dsl second phase in bangi avenue price 398k-428k,,,,
And direct link to plus toll too,,,,

Honestly I don't have figure, but good idea to see what transloyal do for it dsl, 20x70 size they manage to build OVER 2000SF mainly backyard fully utilized, it s quite similar to the size 22x65 2116sf.

Nadayu92 has 3 storey superlink 3838sf, my no so clever comparison, could be about that size.

From the model, I remember 1 room on G floor, 1 master br+ 2 rooms + 1 living area on 1st floor, and the 2nd floor repeats 1st floorplan (more less).

Better visit transloyal office, they start registration. Transloyal handle launch more organized.

I was 2 timers transloyal buyer. Regards

Both I also feel not bad , but mahsing give a better township concept compare to bangi avenue for sure , of cos the pricing might different , so far Ba provide rm220psf built up for non bumi . I don't think mahsing can par with this price tag wink.gif

...another project by Garis Architect for IOI Properties @ Bandar Bukit Mahkota, Bangi.
I booked one unit at Savanna but this design is by Garis, should be different. Any advice should I proceed with Mah Sing Savanna or wait for this project by IOI Properties. In term of location, Southville more near compare to Bandar Bukit Mahkota.
