I dont think so. Mah sing always have problem completing their project on time and alot complaints on the building quality . I dont hear much noise about setia.

I notices that Mah Sing Project price don't move up huge comparing others. Why? Could it be the project size too small most of the time?

This Mah Sing project is possibly likely to push landed property prices in Kajang, Semenyih, Bangi another notch.

In the pipeline now would be SP Setia, Dijaya plus Mah Sing. Each with its premiums

The BBB mode has spilled over into Kajang for the past 2 years and now expanding to Bangi.

Wa lau.. This is nearer to bangi lama. Not bandar baru bangi.
my dad work at MINT previously..The road access is not so good overthere but maybe change by Mah Sing.. Who knows

Old bangi definitely cannot compete with Kajang. I mean bandar baru bangi is better than Kajang in terms of environment and ideal for residential.
