WHY SO MANY PPL GOT HACK?

Are people still getting hacked or has the problem been solved?

Don't think its been solved, heard from a friend, ytday got a few got hacked.

With RMAH opening the case of hacking will be even more

I can actually write a script that will pretty much allows me to log whats going on in the background (some java or some activeX control) . I am just sharing , hackers will try to hack any way they could , some may include in some kind of sites and try to hack

Did the Battle.Net Mobile Authenticator can prevent my account from being hacked? Anyone with the authenticator on and still being hacked?

i have sms protect and authenticator, played with german, chinese, french, ppl from states, still lvl 60 with full pack, although got one time bug, my stash got cleared out, lucky all normal stage rares, like 10+ dmg bow which i plan sell npc

The Aunthenticator is just an additional protection but not 100% will prevent you from getting hack. I being hearing many cases where authenticator user become a victim also.

Make sure don't play public games with random people. Avoid adding random friends and only play with the friend you think is trustable and you know. Activating authenticator is a good idea too. It is better than nothing

Guys try don't surf any Diablo 3 website whether official or 3 party D3 website for now cuz many hackers try hack your account from there. I know 1 china guy hack online game account from there.

can surf but dont login, they may get your authenticator number, id and password, since authenticator numbers can be repetitively used, get one set, and your dead

Did you use the Auction House? I'm doubting that is the culprit.

Guy I need some help regarding my account in diablo 3,
one years ago, I have created my battle.net account with only remember my password and log in name, other than that I have no idea what information I have given much during the creation of this account.

So recently I have been hacked so when I required to login to "rollback" my account in game, I realised that my account being locked due to suspicious activities (I seldom log in this email address as it was my secondary email address, offcause I still manage to log in) as I was forget all my other information during my creation of this account.

So actually I have no idea how to reset my password, manage my account other information and using authenticator.

I need some help here, thanks for the advise and useful link here.

did you have all the security measures before it happened? authenticator and sms protect?

Head over the Diablo 3 forum and see how many people get hacked.
Blizzard is truly failed in this, still blaming the users of and saying is their fault.
Blizz fanboys will also keep support Blizz blindly and blame the user like "You don't have an authenticator, you are keylogged etc etc all bulls."
