Unibody build - non removable battery
16gb fixed - no SD card support.
HTC Sense - too eye candy and not as smooth as stock ICS or Samsung TouchWiz, RAM management, no more true multitasking! (and HTC said they designed it that way and they won't be doing anything to this!)
battery capacity too small.
Camera design - why did they make the camera "pop out" from the back?

Luckily Touchwiz is not so bloated, kudos to Samsung

No, still long click to task manager. And there's a lower left button to bring up ram management page
