What I thinking and shared in thread V2:
QUOTE Why not Samsung or any app developer try develop screen interface resizer, just shake the phone, the screen interface resize to 3.5 inch screen. After user finish interact with the interface, shake again, the screen resize back to normal 4.6 inch or 4.8 inch or 5.3 inch. Bonus if Samsung can develop sensor to know if user holding the phone by one hand or two hands. If one hand, if the finger go near to the screen, the screen interface resize to 3.5 inch. Other than that, this feature can give us back the "mouse over / mouse out" event like we have in the PC. Yes, we missed this feature in mobile device. I am waiting for this feature, come on Samsung, give me this feature in next Samsung Galaxy S 4. I think this sensor technology will come to smartphone soon. Hopefully Samsung Galaxy S IV will have it. Let's look this video. How if the technology is in your smartphone? Very cool! QUOTE |

QUOTE(farscope @ May 22 2012, 10:12 AM) what he mean is, the back cover for both devices are made of same material, the difference is s3's back cover is coated with hyperglaze. QUOTE(davidmak @ May 22 2012, 10:51 AM) yr statement is true up to a certain content.. yes, with the prefix poly-, it is still plastic. but different plastic has different properties.. cannot lump them up and say it's the same.. just like gorilla glass, tempered glass and normal glass.. all oso silicon based, also glass.. but different properties.. |

Polycarbonate is very durable, able to resist high impact and deformations without breaking Polycarbonate IS a class of thermoplastic. And most plastic materials can resist high impact and deformations. In fact PC is very hard and brittle. But if mix with other compounds can be very flexible like the one you're referring to. Should be RM2,199 for 16GB QUOTE(farscope @ May 22 2012, 11:00 AM) yr statement is true up to a certain content.. yes, with the prefix poly-, it is still plastic. but different plastic has different properties.. cannot lump them up and say it's the same.. You sir, is right to the point. just like gorilla glass, tempered glass and normal glass.. all oso silicon based, also glass.. but different properties.. By the way just spicing up, chill |
