I'm 24 years old. Is it too late to learn swimming.. i really interested to learn

You guys are still going to TS pool every evening?

i read that the correct breathing is that one of ur goggle in water, and with your forward movement your head will push a ripple (hole of pockets water) that allows you to breath just nice

what is touch turn?

... haiya unless ur defination of leng zai is face rough like moon surface, flubby tummy with manboobs and short den yes i'm 120% lengzai  maybe the burger saw me so fat cant run fast thats why target me kott 
yea man. actually my colleague warned me b4. he said his fren kena grab ball when shower time. manatau i so suey oso met with one of them. shi-..... at first he folo me around, i go in in to a cubicle, he went into cubicle beside me. den i see see the lock all rosak wan. no mood to shower liao. when i want to exit, he come and raba my thigh. wanna test water kot. i sense sumthing wrong d, go to the bench, slip on a tee and zoom dash the hell out of the place.... so scared kena butt sacs 

lol, bro seek advice here b4 purchase anything. RM30+ a lot mang.. toothpaste work fine for temporary anti-fog effect. apply it, rinse the water then there'll be no fog throughout the entire swimming session. fog came easily if the pool temperature is low.

i have just taken some basic lesson and can now swim breaststroke
trainer was not so pro perhaps a fast buck type
the problem is i can swim the shallow side...still cannot swim at deep ends.... perhaps afraid.

cannot float at deep ends as well

any idea how to learn this or will i be able to improve/swim at deep ends after being a good swimmer(breaststroke) by improving the stamina first?

hi all

Still miss the time swimming at time square.

Now already move to kelana jaya to work~ thought will be near to mount kiara club and will be able to swim often.

But unable to do so, need to work harder to get to know things more.
