For those early bird who has bought Ins 14R/ 15R SE@2999 without RM400 rebate (200 cash rebate plus around 200 EPP discount). Pls call Dell and nego kau-kau.
Dell returned policy allow you to return it and get a refund, even if you received it but within the stipulated period. They will charge you shipping and handling charges. If Dell refuse to give rebate due to their unfair pricing, you can ask them to arrange for full refund of your payment and returning the laptop to them as per Dell returned policy. You can also ask them to waive off the RM80 handling charges. If you fail to nego with their customer service, go further up and nego with their sale manager as they have higher authority.
