This very important for me, if originally is already 60cm x 60cm, then we can save many renovation cost. Coz living room with this size of tile really look nicer.

Hey guys, i just receive my SNP soft copy. Briefly scan thru and found out that,
1) The size is correct - Area of Parcel: 1076sqf (but not in sqm like u all said)
2) Maintenance fee is higher than what they told - RM0.25 per sqf (as I remember it was RM0.22 per sqf)
3) Purchase price is lower (even slightly lower than after 10% rebate, as they promised, in SNP will put original price before 10% rebate)
Did you all have this problem? Thanks!

No, 0.25 excluding sinking fund 10%. So for 1076 sqf unit, total maintenance fee will be RM269 + 10% = RM296 (RM36+ extra from 0.22)

Actually i got 2 more questions,

(1) Car Park Entrance Security - I think we will have security guards sitting at the main entrance/ lift area. How about the car park entrance... People can actually simply walk in if there is no security guards there... This is always a loop hole of service apartment... It's good if we can have 1 security guard sitting at the car park entrance... \

(2) Emergency Staircase Security - Is there a door with security access control for the exit of each floor? Otherwise no meaning for the security access control in the lift. I went to Calisa N, no door at all... I can simply go others floor...

Maybe we can also ask the developer about this...
Wonder how other project handle this? Any comments everyone?

3 buah pondok pengawal... 1 in main entrance, 1 in car park entrance? And the other?

Completion date on Apr'16, so around 2.5 yrs to complete, hope it will fully ready before CNY of year 2017.

Yeah, I'm referring to the picture... Hope it will complete on time.
The referral claim I call n ask Ms.Lim b4, she said will pay after 1st bank disbursement, but as i remember, and look back to the form, 50% will pay after sign snp, and remaining will pay after 1st bank disbursement. Thanks for asking and do update us if any good news.
