i've went to the showroom... they just added the show model and changed some furniture in the the show unit, not much difference i would say... was hoping they would already barricade the area by now to prepare for construction since they say would launch after CNY and start piling but was disappointed..

its hard to get referral when i myself doesnt know when will this be launched...

even aurora lakeside SA say gonna sign SNP early April... eventho they launch much later than D'Aman... if they're not launching maybe by May i think i would op for pulling out d... its been almost one year since i paid the booking and it still have no news of SNP signing...

D'Aman is between Calisa M and N as lovevivi has mentioned... it was initially supposed to be called Calisa O but then it changed name... im not sure about the website why they put calisa M pic, error maybe... but you can see where is the site from their show model...

i have no idea as well... think someone mentioned that the agents do comment on this thread as well, maybe they can clarify it...

Masteron have multiple different agency selling their units, sometimes they bicker at each other's projects although its the same developer... i think its not healthy as it still does affect the name of the developer...

this is a very good questions which many of us buyers here would like to know... I just went to the sales gallery last weekend and the SA cant give me a confirmed date also... say something about AP have not been approved... the gov want bribe or something... haha...

i've placed a booking when they started selling around May last year... Calisa M only started doing the ground / piling work around March last year... so i really dont think they will start on D'Aman anytime soon...

Ya i also doubt they would abandon this project since it supposed to be part of Calisa... Calisa N gonna VP "soon"... it really depends on the SNP stamping date... if the stamp date is June 2013, then they have to deliver by June 2016... but that is just VP... to obtain CF might need a few more months... so if you buy for own stay, should account these few more months into your planning...

MBB rate i got is BLR -2.3% only, but with capitalized progressive interest... that time only MBB was panel so i took it anyway...
btw, the MBB banker also told me will fight for -2.4% but failed...

Both SPA and Loan agreement also got Legal fees and stamp duty... Legal fee for both is the same only stamp duty for loan agreement is lesser which is 0.5%... see this table... this property i think free SPA only...

last i heard they havent get AP yet also... no SNP signing yet... sign SNP d then still need to wait for SNP stamping, which might take months even... i also wait till sien d... really if by May/June no SNP signing i will consider pulling out... my unit very nice if anyone interested tongue.gif

someone say SA stated if by June no SNP signing can cancel booking... normally cancel booking they can just charge the admin fees then refund the rest... admin fees maybe 300+ like that...

ya i heard is low cost housing there also... but noone can confirm...

not sure old or new... but according to this link, the Type B layout doesnt match the floor plan layout... think they show wrongly as Type A3...

Just guessing actually... hehe...
The first pic i posted previously is Plenitude Putra Prima map plan... if you notice, there isnt phase 7A shown in the map... the empty spot beside the sewerage is the only available space left... so it make sense to build low cost beside a sewerage...
