I think it can't be compared that way. I believe the current selling price is much higher than few months ago.

based on the current price, wondering by when the sales rate could reach 70-80%. Just way too high based on such location.

Any idea who these sales people are? I mean they give personal emails rather than company emails. And the receipts for the RM 3K booking fee is issued under a solicitor office. Rather uncomfortable with this.

Hi All D'Aman owner...anyone know what the exact location(site location) of this site? I can see area in front of show room is been "gated" and "D'Aman" had been put on the gated area.

But what i know is that 'gated' area suppose to be Calisa M site. I wonder why Calisa M and D'Aman use same site location? Saw in Masteron website. both site construction process pic is exactly the same for D'Aman and Calisa M

I ask these question because one of my friend is asking me about as he interested on this project....

Guys, wanna ask when will this project be officially launched? I have booked an unit and will pay this Sat looking at this thread it seems this place had been selling since last year but until today development hvn't start yet...need some advice here

But judging with the various development this developer has in Puchong area and Calisa progress, I won't be afraid that the project will burn down, but just worrying that when will they really launch it and whether are they able to complete the development by June 2016 as they told me

my banker told me that the legal fees charged to my unit will be approximately RM5800++, which is close to 6k. Is this what you all getting? I am going to give a call to the law firm to check what are the things included.

Ya, hopefully loan can be approved. Wow zero entry cost ? Does it mean that legal fees / Interest during contruction all gao dim by the bank ? ?

I heard someone said opposite of D'Aman is goverment land, that means most probably they will build a super huge Mosque there later

Some updates. I went called up the Masteron office (not the sales office) and check about the SNP signing and launching of D'Aman. According to the PIC I spoken to, she mentioned they are trying to push the launching to end of this month, but most likely it won't make it. She said it will be on July and after a few round of confronting her on the delay, she checked with someone and replied me that "I have asked someone senior here and the launching will be very likely in July after the VP of Calisa N which will take place in 2 weeks time"

I questioned her again whether is it confirmed and won't be delaying or postponed again and she said yes. If after the 3rd week of July and the launching still have not take place, I can call her back.

Honestly speaking, I'm a bit impatience regarding the launching and SNP signing. Hopefully what this staff said is true as it is frustrated after a postpone upon another postpone
