SNP signing and SNP stamping is 2 different thing... they may take few months to get it stamped after signing also... same case like other masteron project...

i went sale gallery few times Tony not there also... the other SA all say the same thing that SNP is preparing... we'll see la if able to sign in Sept or Oct or not la as they claim... then wait a few more months for stamping... 2017 only complete la i guess...

their 1st phase is N actually... even if finish constructing VP d, still need to wait for CF one... Also, 3 years from SNP stamping not signing... after sign might take few more months to stamp one... so dont get your hopes too high...

ya from iproperty... but last year they were already selling the 1055sf units more than 300k d...

One thing i noticed... the tile looks so different from the one in the show unit... show unit one glossy and so much nicer... sad.gif

Sorry i was referring to Calisa M... i was supposed to get a unit there but i waited for D'Aman instead... i think SNP only will state what tile size and material, correct me if im wrong... so we wouldnt really know the quality of it until its built...

Bank is understandable... but i highly doubt so in Taman Mas...

I think it really depends... some prefer D'Aman cause lower density... so lets say they reserve one shop units for JPN... you see damn many people coming in and out registering IC and passport... so it becomes much more dense and feel less secure...

but i dont mind balai polis though... imagine police station just down your condo... ppl would think 10x more before committing crime there rclxms.gif

30% is actually a lot... last time they expect to go up 30k only... but since petrol hike, they say developer all across will hike 10-15%... so 15% plus initial hike maybe thats why so high... how much you get your unit now btw? and which floor?
