ya.. thought they can only apply for residential rate when it is VP? now havent done building also...

i booked unit number 0-18-13 and yes its for own stay.

Not sure how many available units left but i think its less than 10% mostly unit facing lake view

Not 2 minutes. With smooth traffic I think need less than 10mins (4-5km).

too bad it dont have park&ride... better drive up to taman perindustrian puchong ...

it KIV because the kampung people protest not bcoz not enuf population... but whn station 10 11 become too congested or not convenient,guez tht time they will forced to built station 12... or as u say whn Koi Prima, X2, D'Aman, Taman Mas, Putra Prima population reach 30-40K....but the main reason is bcoz the protest.

I wasn't aware of that. Those villagers wish to have a peaceful life there... I think if this is the reason then unlikely the Station 12 to be materialized anytime soon.

any time soon then no la... at least several years down the road...

but at least Prasanara still reserve them on the board to display in the new LRT stations... means still got hope for station 12 and station 5...
