Yes. Those the design i wish to be.  Since our condo lack of space, space planning is the most important point for me.  by the way, im a designer, thats y i plan to rebuild after it or extend full legth by my own carpender..lol

for my exp, it cant be taken out as standing cabinet. Correct me if im wrong with it..haha

Do you have any idea of the approximate cost if I were to demolish and rebuild the top and bottom full length kitchen cabinets? Not the Ikea type but the ordinary type like what provided now.

The price for Kitchen Plus upgrade is about RM5-6k, I may as well spend the money to re-build if the price is about the same, at least I have more choices in term of design and finishes by doing so.

The new BK5 LRT station in Bandar Kinrara, which is part of the Ampang LEP, is ready to serve the community there on Oct 31.
The new BK5 LRT station in Bandar Kinrara, which is part of the Ampang LEP, is ready to serve the community there on Oct 31.

Four new LRT stations – Awan Besar, Kampung Muhibbah, Alam Sutera and Bandar Kinrara 5 (BK5) – are set to be operational by next Saturday.

These stations are part of the Ampang LRT Line Extension Project (LEP).

A spokesman from Prasarana said Land and Public Transport Commission (SPAD) had given them the green light to start their operation.

The LEP will be the first rail network to be operated in the Kinrara and Puchong, which have an estimated population of 400,000 people.

The service is set to change the way thousands of people commute daily and boost the property prices in Bandar Kinrara, which is served by Alam Sutera and BK5 stations.

The Alam Sutera station will serve residents in Bandar Kinrara 1 and Bandar Kinrara 9, including nearby Puncak Jalil.

The BK5 station is strategically located in the heart of Bandar Kinrara and will serve residents from Bandar Kinrara 2 to Bandar Kinrara 8, including the nearby Taman Kinrara and Taman Bukit Kuchai.

The station has a dedicated park-and-ride facility and is located near the new BK5 commercial hub, including the nearby Giant Bandar Kinrara.

The Awan Besar and Kampung Muhibbah stations will serve residents in Taman OUG.

All stations are equipped with basic facilities such as toilets, surau, lifts, and shops. There are also special facilities for the disabled.

Approached this project recently by an agent, I was attracted by the rebate offer which including something like DIBS where I do not have pay loan interest until I get the key.

Is this project worth to buy? Because it's located at puchong Mas which is a "deeper" part of puchong..

I was also told that this project will be completed end of year 2016, is this true? Coz I visited the site.. It's not even half way yet..

one man's thrash could be another man's treasure... so depending on yourself i would say...

which site you visited? the construction is now on 19th out of 23 floors, which is more than half i would say...

1 hour to reach PJ from Taman Mas? That's not too bad thou given that it is on peak hour. Probably because in recent they had fixed the traffic problems in Sunway Tol area?

The traffic in ldp is improved and there is contra flow to kelana jaya. And we shall see next yr when lrt is opened. The nearest station is puchong prima which is about 5 to 10min drive. I will take lrt as well once it is opened and no more jam in ldp smile.gif

personal preference i guess... but you asking here from D'Aman owner so opinion should be bias la... haha...

from my own opinion, mainly is due to density... Koi Prima will have 1000+ units while D'Aman have only 400+... so less crowded and easier to sell since lesser same units...
