Wouldn't Keto help ? I Remember a few months back before leangains became the buzzword people on BB.com were promoting Keto as a way to get below 10% bf (Calories in vs Calories out/Protein intake taken into consideration). What would you recommend for people wanting to cut down below 15% (just using the % as a benchmark since i stalled there)Added on October 11, 2012, 4:09 pm

I'm skinny fat but after failing / stalling to get below 15% just decide to go on a slow controlled bulk , didn't have any muscles to cut down to begin with so i reckon it'll be good to start from 15%.
