QUOTE(nakTT @ May 17 2012, 10:30 PM) If we were to buy from freelance seller, how do we know (for sure) that our Dell, HP or Lenovo laptop/desktop covered by on-site support? HP and lenovo i dont know. but for dell, their service default are onsite(no carry in), so with valid warranty, then there will be onsite. lenovo got carry in policy so im not sure about that

QUOTE(Zepx @ May 19 2012, 02:08 PM) I guess that's what you get when you pay for a premium price. But still, how many people would hold a laptop for more than 5 years, especially a gaming one these days. Also the warranty is pretty pricy. gaming laptop will spoil faster than a normal laptop. *heat kills laptop

QUOTE(suadrif @ Sep 14 2013, 03:02 PM) i already made an official complain on that. but there is few forumer's that "act" like a kid, i just closed the thread. sifu nexus2238 is aware and understand on my case previous time. here is the closed thread: Dell Complainme myself quite surprise when i had this problem. i am truly frustrated and i filed an official complain report to Dell. just for the sake of other user, please check your warranty terms. onsite means onsite inHome means carry in Im so sorry to hear that. Well i will reflect this problem to customer care department. Btw what laptop u purchase for this problem? If it doesnt offended u

QUOTE(suadrif @ Sep 14 2013, 06:03 PM) Thats why i lodged an official report They alreay issued a case report number n i will follow up on it My purchase was inspiron model. From what i understand, and based on experience, its regardless of which model they still offer onsite warranty. Thats why i filed a complain and want to share to other forumers to be caution. But out of nowhere there's a guy act like kid, blaming its my fault, i just closed the thread to avoid further argument. dont be so angry, im sure there is some misunderstanding there in ur cases. as all the laptops are come with Onsite service. Dell doesnt offer any InHome service d(unless u require for that). most of the time they will diagnose through out the phone, if there is a comfirmation of hardware failure, then only they will Onsit to serve u(replace necessary parts or software)
