Planning to get Z480, and looking at the onsite warranty as well. Had a online chat with Lenovo sales support from another part of the world and first he said on site not supported in Malaysia. Made a few calls and ask him to reconfirm again he said he got the policy changed now Malaysia have on site support as well. Funny guy. Reading over the thread helped alot. Thanks.
