Asus worst warranty ever that I ever faced. Send my laptop in for warranty, it took them 10 day than only they look at my laptop. Worst still is the adapter problem and not my laptop problem. Unfortunately I did not send my adapter with my laptop that time. Now they told me it will takes 2 weeks for an adapter replacement which is not acceptable at all.
