MAS received a copy of the Petition filed in the US court on behalf of one of the passengers on board the MH370 aircraft against the Boeing Company and MAS. Our lawyers have been briefed and are on standby to deal with this although it has not yet been formally served. We understand that this is not a law suit but a request through the courts for information.
This announcement is dated 27 March 2014. |
