If I play with AI will I decrease the chance to get items because there is a time cap to get items?

to the contrary, yesterday's display against WE was an utter disappointment. I'm a follower of Ice's game. The first game picks was so random. pudge pick aside(gigolo plays a godly pudge), the opponent has a full-fledge push strat with dark seer, and they didn't take Lycan off the pool. The second game was atleast a tad bit better. a good start, but I still don't understand why the CM pick for gigolo rather than QOP. Later I found out, nic's hero of preference was QOP and he can only play this hero better than the others. I was dumbfounded when I know they had the game at 15 minutes, but Outworld Destroyer decides to let CM initiate rather than himself and the game all went downhill since then.
