ya, imagine if you die continuous till you got armor break warning. 40-50k.

so no point playing in inferno act2-4 if keep dying.

I too trying to a tank WD, overall my resistances are hovering around 270, still considered low as I am playing through Hell Difficulty.

if play in party, die but teammate resurrect u, durability will decrease or not?

Yeah.. and if you keep on do that, will eventually become naked

This is my latest gears. All sifus please give some advise on what attributes to improve.

Level: 60 WD
Life: 30k
DPS: 25k
Armour: 3.2k
Mana: 1030
Health Globe Bonus: 8.5k
Resist: 280-300 for all.

My plan now is to pump more on Life Regen, Mana Regen, Life On Hit, Vitality.

But desired gears in AH are just too expensive



Feel free to also advise me on which gear to scrap/replace/improve on

Try to replace the rare boot with hit on life, a monk taught me find more hit on life gears, i got 1 only currently each hit +104 life with 17k and 5k damage but i can tank than previously gears i had yesterday , using firebomb bounces

globe on life is quite useless when you have hit on life

bro ur +res so less ah? can tahan meh? i am using 1.3k 2-hand axe. increase alot dmg. using haunt and run strat.

my stuff before the patch...this set probably doesnt work anymore...not sure to start a new char or rebuild this WD...dilemma now, suggestion are welcomed such as which eq to be replaced and recommend some easy place to farm
last amulet bought before the patch in order i want a crit/crit dmg/farming build after this patch...

Fight till butcher inferno, can't kill .

Against butcher, i tried:

Fire bombs: cant shoot far enough
Poison Darts: can shoot far but like scratching his body
Rain of Toads: burn too much mana

thanks bro i tested his build work damn f***ing work on elite

leaping spider~ rain of toad u cant use with veil~ now really darn sien... must change skill to fight boss ~ and 1 build cant handle all champ pack

i try with that build i just stand there spam skill GG butcher no die with 20sec less

nvm ignore what i siad is complete uesless build on act2 die like rubbish

so many tanky WD builds today on D3 forum witch doctor section LOL
check it out and hopefully no nerf coming !
lots of them seems doing well with slightly different tanky build
what i wonder is how much they spent for the whole set, but most of them get cheap weapon with 600+ LOH, all res+int+vit EQ are not cheap though

tanky only helpful cause they nerf the ms so much that like my run like parasite eve walk damn slow

did they nerf ms? my WD still running fast with 12% ms boot i think

i purely no use any boost ms item i fell walking slower than before

wow after an entire day playing on patch 1.0.3, i still can clear the entire act 3 and surprisingly even easier than previously. Those monster that threaten to 1 shot me no longer can do so.

I just change my zombie bears to dire bats since zombie bears is bugged and maintain splinter darts and still wipe the entire act 3 down with easy.

And 5 stack nephalem valor is amazing now. Those elite bosses are easily dropping 3 items minimum to me. Goblin is even more fantastic, drop green and legendary for me lol.

yeah it is actually quite easy... act 2 is like kacang... with direbats i dont die from reflect dmng also

and i just pump 1mill+ to get to 60mana reg and it is awesome lol can spam rain of toad without vq
and dire bats with vq easily now~

maybe if pump higher mana reg can use back veil di lol
