I'm doing ok at 700+ but I would say 850 is a nice target to aim for. Bear in mind that my 700+ is "semi tank" which is pretty close to the enemy already. You might wanna pump higher if you wanna go to the frontline.

on the way to get AR 700+, currently my AR is 490+... new zunimasa set is very expensive

Not necessary u have to get Zuni set to achieve what you want. Rare sets are still ok in fact way much cheaper. Try getting everything over AR70. Only when you reach final stages of your game you tweak the minor minor ones (like achieving AR80 max for 1 equipment). For now try to pump AR as much as possible

then only upgrade weapon if got gold...

I also aiming Witching Hour. But really really kenot afford. The cheapest Witching Hour that I've been following Auctions goes around 60-65m. These are the ones with around 90+INT, NO VIT, AR around 33-37 with CD around 35-42%.

Anything higher than that will cost u few hundred million

U should follow Henry Farm. He farms very fast AND very thoroughly. He even knows Bastion Keep depths each level more than Klang Valley roads There was once he told me "eh, this place should have 7 elites."
