Need higher dps and use bear, easy pass hell haha

1. Garg is just not as useful in Hell, unless you got lots of damage reduction (2.3k armor is just average for Hell).

2. You only use splinters. They are good at 180% damage with 10 mana cost, but they get blocked easily and can only hit 1 target. Without another higher damage skills, you'll need to run around a lot (kiting).

3. BBV - Forgot which is Slam Dance for. Increase 30% damage?
BBV with Rain Dance rune (increase mana flow) or the Ghost Trance (heal) is more useful.
But any BBV runes requires you to stay within close range and can't kite, hence the synergy is broken if you only use darts.
Only useful if you can kill the mobs before they kill you i.e. get high enough DPS to kill them all, or tank the damage and heal yourself.

4. Jungle Fortitude (20% damage reduction) is better than bad medicine for your case, coz darts only hit 1 target at a time so can only affect limited number of mobs at once.

5. Fetish army has long cool down (2 minutes), and only last 20 seconds. If you like those little tykes, try fetish synchophants. If you spam splinter build, can usually have 2 or 3 around and they last 60 seconds

Problem is you're trying many different thing, and they don't synergy well.

Garg need high armor (use shield?) and fierce loyalty so it can regen and survive. Overall pets still doesn't work unless you really got very good gear.
Using BBV to boost dart damage just doesn't make sense when you have other skills that do way more damage to multiple targets. 3 bears hitting 1 large target == 700% damage. You got your DPS boost up, but mobs will be all over you, and you are only hitting 1 at a time plus you cannot move away very far. Will GG very fast.
Fetish is not bad to distract elites and so on, but use up 1 skill slot. Fetish ambush is pretty powerful to save your skin when kena mobbed. Only problem is the high cool down so usually only 1 cast per elite fight.
But having 3 skills with high CD is ... If garg, BBV and fetish all on CD, then you're just sitting duck.

WD is about managing your mana. I don't use VQ, don't like it at all, so managing mana is crucial to me.
Been experimenting using BBV with Rain Dance, but it limits mobility. Don't work well against all types of Elites or in all situations.

Normally I have 1 spam-able damage skill e.g. darts, firebombs, or spiders,
and 1 high hitting, high mana cost attack e.g. bears, bats, acid rain.
Switch between them depend on current mana level and your tactical advantage.
Haunt is another good skill, but I'm outta skill slots! 

What is your weapon DPS? I think I got 1 500 DPS knife from my time in Hell. Forgot what's the weapon iLvl already. If suitable for you, you can have it for free.
Oh and enchantress got power armor, increase your armor by 15%.
Waah.. with your gear you still got issue with Act 4? Die la we all   

I wonder if any WD uses mojo as off hand kar..as I can see most using shields...

The reason I am asking is I found a nice mojo yesterday ..stats like 108-286 damage, Intel 69, MF 18%, Max mana 111, Chance of Blind ..2.5%, Increase poison dart damage 8% and socket. Fuuyoh..so happy for once managed to get all relevant allfixes. Check GAH.....knn....most mojos selling for like 200k-500k also no one buy...

Vit bro...get more Vit....and try to retain the rest of the stats.. Aim about 35k should be fine for Act 2..

i used to SUPER love Ghost bomb in HELL. Maybe because that time i was overpowered. But decommissioned it since i entered inferno. Although AOE is nice but the extra 20-30% on the AOE abit hard to kill. Maybe because my dps not high enough that time. Sommore i noticed that the Ghost bomb, the actual casting movement is taking precious miliseconds. So i told myself, screw it, use darts instead 

Not huge, 60% of weapon damage together with splinters. But at least it shoots fast. haha. If they get too near then spam bears.

I tried the good AOEs like hujan katak and acid rain. Mana issues

Just a note on the rain of toads.

Only the animation is slow. The damage is immediate.
I mean the HP of the monsters is drained immediately once you click the mouse click (before the animation/rain starts).
Rain of toads is not slow.
You don't need to wait for few miliseconds (like the zombie bears).
