my AR about 850 cannot stand in Act 3/4 desecrator or molten for more than 2.5 secs Those are the only things killing me (I'm getting pretty good at avoiding the STUPIDDDD arcane sentries. I can still kill all elites/champions (using Kripp's techniques) except for invulnerable minions+molten/arcane/desecrator.

Maybe i'll try using time of need and push it up to 1.1k AR to see if I can survive better.

Res alone not enough. need armor 7k above too.

then get a barb friend for War cry.

yeah btw what's ur repair bill like for Red armor? Mine is 49k

Do you mind to show me your gear's stat?
I plan to buy helm of command too for the 8% block chance so that my shield is more effective.
Planning to change my shield too cause the resistance kinda low.
Btw, you use Tal Rasha's armor for the AS only?

my monk and a DH... can kill all .. except one elite...

desecrator + frozen + arcane + fast attack... = KO .... repair cost hight to 35k .... @.@

Dex ? vit ? resist ? dps ? mf ? gf ?

for end games .

resist is the main thing u need to have...
without resist...it's like using paper to fight fire in inferno

then oni consider dps/dex...
high hp nt really useful if resist is low...
i know a monk with a decent resist can even tank act 2 with 16k hp

how many resist is consider enough ?

i pump my resist to abt 900 . but now low on dps , no mf, gf.

cant find any good gear .

farm more lol. 900 resist should be enough. keep MF set in bag and switch at the last few seconds before the elite pack / boss dies

i got 1.5k resist with barb also kenot. i mean, permanently stand la. if a while, still ok.

that also depends how many stacks they put, like 1stack dese in act 4, ok ok la. 2 defo have to ciao ady lol

only FARMING you may opt for mf/gf

defensive:
focus armor/dex (with seize the initiative)/all resist/1 attribute for double resist stacking via One with Everything/shield block %

offensive:
crit/crit dmg/IAS/dex

Act 1 & 2 good for fast farming item n gold.. If u rich can farm act 3-4..

the basic one which is to trap the elites/champions at the doorway and the one that separates the elites so that can kill one at a time.

How bout open place? What kind tech u use?

With my current 25k HP, 880 resist, 6k armor, no LoH and Crit, farming in Act3 is slow and my monk is not awesome... so, I am now farming in Act2, there is still 9.3% chance of getting good item. Most importantly, my monk still awesome to play in this act.

i think if hp above 35k with 1.2k resist .. still can tahan one cycle of senerity and healing..

Dececrator, molten, plauged still managable...
dont come elite with combo jailler / frozen + decerator / plauged....

me act 2 hate shielding, frozen and haunt.
the rest i leech life faster than their damage.

Argh.. I spent over 50k on repair to fight ranged elite + molten + fast..
Then again ranged elite with + molten + voltex.. 30k repair..
Now again ranged + Fire + Jailer..
WTF..

HAve to use deadly reach to kite like a DH for several minutes..
