I actually went there many years ago to inspect a unit which was up for auction. it looked empty and the door was unlocked and when i opened it, my friend quickly called me to close the door as he saw someone inside the unit. That aborted my plans to buy under auction. Do not want the hassle to kick out the fella staying there.
