You can play any server as long as server not blocking Malaysia ip. Highly recommend SG servers for low latency.

why PC got so many restriction?

1. Your ping will be soaring high if you play outside SEA (some say Japan isn't that lag).
2. Disadvantage to local players that are playing in their country.
3. Bf3's hit reg netcode is already horribad.

BudgetAirline ? I believe he's completely legit. He's just a smurf account belonging to god knows who pro vehicle pilot. I know full well enough considering I've flew with and against him.

Besides if you go unopposed in the Close Air Support jets you'd be rape incarnate. Check his flight/jet stats and then fly/dogfight him and you'll know why.

Edit : Try getting an average of 20 to 30 kills in the jet without opposition or anyone capable of stopping you. It's an easy way to get points.

playing just now. Battlelog shows 192ms ping. complete fullround without lag,rubber banding, DC at all.

I usually try to avoid playing on any Fragnetics server eventhough the ping is very good.. because when play there confirm got rubberbanding..

Besides, I used to call hacks on pilots who could kill/strafe infantry until I tried doing it myself. Turns out it's possible if you know how to.
