I got a complain, maybe a minor one, when I go service my car, at 1pm, all technician go makan. Cannot go one one shift by one shift? Must all makan together gether?

They never heard of shift rotation? doh.gif

All customers wait like "sohigh" there, I ask, where are them? Ooo runch time, all eat, you wait.

I sit there like lil piggy, peeping out the window wondering what's happening  sad.gif
*
Went to P2 SC last time other than Friday, they did have the shift rotation of who's going to eat first & who's staying first. Even Bank's back-end office got shift rotation. Damn making customer like lil piggy...

QUOTE(dares @ May 17 2012, 09:19 AM)
Even at COE it is the same, they go lunch all at the same time. At 1pm sharp, the huge workshop floor suddenly becomes deserted...

It is what it is. Last time I have to wait for the service advisor to return from lunch to release my car, even when it was already done before 1pm.  vmad.gif
No idea what that means tongue.gif
*
See attached pic and imagine it without the mosque. brows.gif Its a malay proverb by the way..

EDIT: Shiit the office internet is suck. Just google image of it bro. Huhu

Effing A. If it was me I'll go & ask the one who's 'available' to speak to there: "Hello incik, workshop buka pukul 10 ka?"

QUOTE(ben3003 @ May 17 2012, 09:37 AM)
today my baby went to workshop, cos wan ask them check the brake, engine CVT whining sound, and slow pickup. I forget to ask them check the boot sensor cos sometimes will come on inside the car then off, i think the sensor is little sensitive tho..

Added on May 17, 2012, 9:37 amalso, the steering is little off to the left lol..
*
The CVT whining sound as according to some of the experts here last time is normal. But it doesn't hurt to refer to FP where our good TS has put the compilation of CVT Gearbox issue. Brake somebody has highlighted this too and after been using it for quite some time only then the brake feels nice.

Well the sensor is indeed set to be too sensitive it seems. Cause we got one of us other than u who also experience the same thing but managed to be rectified at SC.

Dares, I wanna fix my one way valve thing and some paint chip, any SC to recommend? I heard the shah alam one had to wait long queue and if i'm gonna leave my car there, how do I get home from there? Lol.

I wanna try nego a loan car with them, it's crazy to be "carless" for few days. One more thing, I already tell them I know what's the issue, they still insist I go let them check the car first, can I phone any particular SC and tell them bout the problem? Go ahead order the parts first. I don't want waste time go there, just to let them see and ask me go home wait.
*
I think you can kaw tim with dares to pick u up & have his FLX lent to you lor.. tongue.gif

How do I go kai kai then? Haha, they told me, paint chip leave 3 days, owv 3 days, so total 6 days, cannot do together? Cannot, coz dont know when Proton approve to fix the paint chip thing, really? Need approval? Fudge me, service attitude is as efficient as a monkey serving me
*
What approval? Never heard of such thing in P2 SC before. Agreed that some SC might require something from you like the service record so on so forth but never heard anything like "Waiting for HQ approval to repair/re-spray your car. Please leave your car with us first" thing. Well this is new. Need to prepare menatally to have the car service at Proton's SC then... :sigh:

I'm almost at the top of pissy mode already, if I didn't received any calls these two weeks, I'm gonna make noise
Took picture, need approval, when can do the respray. Hence the reason I wanna look for a better service center at my area. Lots of small SC, but not all can do stuff.

Added on May 17, 2012, 10:00 am

No need go so far la, P2 SC is a lotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt better, at least the one I go to, and got things to eat tongue.gif
*
This one I agreed. Though it's a bit OOT, the P2 SC in Semambu, Kuantan Pahang is a nice one. Got free-refill coffee machine summore where u can just push the button to have Tongkat Ali Ginseng, Teh Tarik, or Milo with some kuih and all. Damn it..

If it is a known problem, maybe they can make the arrangements just by calling them so you won't have to go there twice.

They do have stock for a lot of things, but some stuffs they need to call the vendor to come and inspect and replace.
COE pun ade ma. Tongkat Ali tader la.
*
Ahaha.. To tell u the truth, I don even know where the hell this COE is.. Its a short-form for?

So you're recommending this SC dares? If you did I might have my White Baby sent here for first service then.. When I get the car I mean... sad.gif

This also happened to my former colleague, she was sitting at the bank, holding the baby, husband could have speeded close to 200km/h in his camry. Lost control, hit divider, mother tercampak keluar, bayi tercampak jugak tetapi landed kat tepi jalan. Mujur got passerby who happen to be a nurse took the baby and go straight to hospital. This accident happened at PLUS highway near gua tempurung.
*
Former colleague? You mean the one who died on 1/5/2012 last time in the news izzit? You knew her?

So you work in Alliance Bank i presume? hmm.gif

QUOTE(redflame @ May 17 2012, 11:18 AM)
I just cant comprehend why these people with babies in the car would drive at such speed...
Of course, I'm not referring to your colleague though...
I mean in general...
No offense...but don't they have common sense or something?
You're responsible for the well-being of other that is in the car too, for God's sake...
And to think they have a little baby in there, too...  shakehead.gif

I even saw some guys with their kids on their lap at the driver seat...doing at least 60 on the road...
How stupid are these people?

*
+1 Ppl seems to be less & less care of others including their own babies nowadays..

QUOTE(dares @ May 17 2012, 11:20 AM)
That's why, if carrying other people in your car, don't speed.

You speed and die that's your problem, but don't endanger your passengers.
*
If only the driver dies also susahkan orang ma.. Need to handle his funeral & shiit. If he can do it by himself than no biggies...

QUOTE(eqmal197 @ May 17 2012, 11:20 AM)
so this is the story all about. i heard it too, an accidient where baby flying out of the car and landed on open road. got blood on his/her head but still alive. thank god baby alive but im so pity, his/her parent died in crash. i feel very 10x pity, baby lost his parent.
jugdging from story, this really bad accidient. even high spec car with airbags cannot save them.

i did not understand on malaysian ppl's mentality on car. got abs la, ebd, airbags all around. impact bar bla bla... when these features have on their car, they feel proud and arrogant. then bashed local product (proton) say cheap, no features and low quality. when we (proton support/driver) try to condem them, they still praise foreign make and claim that it is better than our local product.

for me, whatever car you drive, whatever they put safety feature in the car even more than dozens, what powertrain the car use; speed is still a killer

please obey speed limit. be defensive. drive safe

*
Agreed.

guys pls drive safely on the road. dun try to pwn this car and that car. feel bad when reading about peoples lives lost in road accident.
airbag is secondary restraint system, primary is to buckle up, abs ebd tc which can help u prevent accident. and of cos drive within the laws of jalan raya.
part of reason i changed my HERO to this CFE is because of safety features. (ok i admire the looks also la....) i have a 6month old baby myself, and i always drive extra careful when my family is on board.
damn that accident news u guys shared just ruined my mood. but is a good lesson and reminder to all of us.
