I got a complain, maybe a minor one, when I go service my car, at 1pm, all technician go makan. Cannot go one one shift by one shift? Must all makan together gether?

They never heard of shift rotation? doh.gif

All customers wait like "sohigh" there, I ask, where are them? Ooo runch time, all eat, you wait.

I sit there like lil piggy, peeping out the window wondering what's happening  sad.gif

Even at COE it is the same, they go lunch all at the same time. At 1pm sharp, the huge workshop floor suddenly becomes deserted...

When I service my meevee, I didn't see the same thing wo, maybe it's the particular SC, but IMHO it's inefficient

Maybe it's just me  icon_question.gif

It is what it is. Last time I have to wait for the service advisor to return from lunch to release my car, even when it was already done before 1pm. vmad.gif

So it's not just that particular P2 SC I've went too, if they call me for survey, I'm gonna highlight this to them.

Do anyone knows good SC that can do repair stuff around Cheras area beside the Desa Tun Razak one? They work like turtle. Make appointment but layan walk in also, what's the point of appointment then.
*
The desa Tun Razak one eat sh*t wan la, I went there twice, the second time not by choice. Never again.

What are you looking to repair?

Appointment give priority 1st? hmm.gif

at that particular branch, I made an appointment at 10am. After waiting for 1 hour before they call my number (11am), the farker have the audacity to ask me to drive my car home and come back at 2pm as the vendor has not arrive (replacing my drumbrake).

How do I go kai kai then? Haha, they told me, paint chip leave 3 days, owv 3 days, so total 6 days, cannot do together? Cannot, coz dont know when Proton approve to fix the paint chip thing, really? Need approval? Fudge me, service attitude is as efficient as a monkey serving me
*
Haha if the timing is right I can drive you home provided that you pay for my toll tongue.gif

The OWV problem they should know since it is already a known problem since the Exora Bold CFE. Can't imagine why it takes so long.

If you don't wanna make appointment at COE, just do what I did last time. walk-in on weekdays before 7.20am. Put your service booklet at the desk, and wait for the service advisors to come in and start work at 8am. When they summon you, just tell them your problem and ask them to check. After they have checked and determined the problem, make another appointment on the spot and have them arrange the parts and vendors or whatevershit they need to fix your car on the next appointment.

This way, you don't have two wait 2 weeks for them to have your car checked, then wait another two weeks for them to actually fix your car.

The walk-in idea was actually given to me by the staff there, she explains that they usually have open slots for walk-in. Just be early and don't expect priority.

Aiyo, means I had to go two times dey. I want go there just to have them fix the car, not do appointment. I wonder if they can transfer my case.

7:20, hahaha this is like stalking in front of bank hahaha. Who's the boss here? diau...

They know the problem but need to order parts, I wonder how big is the thing, can't have ready stock? What do I know, I'm not engineer
*
If it is a known problem, maybe they can make the arrangements just by calling them so you won't have to go there twice.

They do have stock for a lot of things, but some stuffs they need to call the vendor to come and inspect and replace.

QUOTE(Saya_Dhuang @ May 17 2012, 10:08 AM)
This one I agreed. Though it's a bit OOT, the P2 SC in Semambu, Kuantan Pahang is a nice one. Got free-refill coffee machine summore where u can just push the button to have Tongkat Ali Ginseng, Teh Tarik, or Milo with some kuih and all. Damn it..
*
COE pun ade ma. Tongkat Ali tader la.

Ahaha.. To tell u the truth, I don even know where the hell this COE is.. Its a short-form for?

So you're recommending this SC dares? If you did I might have my White Baby sent here for first service then.. When I get the car I mean... sad.gif
*
Center of Service Excellence (COE or CoSE)...

If regular service just send to small SC can la. Send to COE tunggu sampai janggut tumbuh pun blum siap. If you wanna claim parts then go here lor.

That's why, if carrying other people in your car, don't speed.

You speed and die that's your problem, but don't endanger your passengers.

Kosong LOU means they haven't decide on how much interest they should charge you. That is dangerous. You can ask your SA to give the bank a call and ask the bank to send proper LOU. Ini bank mana nih?
*
As long as you haven't sign the agreement, you are not agreeing to anything. The interest rate in the loan agreement is the figure you need to worry about, that is the one with your signature on it eventually.

Dares, is there any significant benefit for installing boot lid? It seems nice but I failed to brain the logic.. Is it that if we put it at least we some sort of prevent the area of which we almost always put our hands there?
*
Em...if your car no bootlid, everything inside the boot will fly out when you drive. I strongly believe the Preve already comes with a bootlid.
