same here.. im still on my stock GB.. with all these warning on modded ICS rom im still waiting for the starndard ICS rom for malaysia.. eventough i cant help myself looking at all the sifu's here flying with their modded rom and stuff...

ya lorr, now scared too flash. just flash custom kernel on GB and that's it. although hand itching wanna try custom ICS, furthermore my internet got quota, download too much cannot use later cry.gif

post #6 guide very one. easy to follow, but if still sked, can find Zedomax video on rootgalaxynote.com I started rooting and flashing there...very noob friendly guide

Bro, cpuspy will worked with unrooted device as well. i tested on mine and worked perfectly. rclxms.gif
But i heard from some bro here says, rooted device will have other function, but not sure what is it.

Yes, gps wakelocks is a known issue on GB. To quickly solve it, switch ON gps and open any GPS related apps like Facebook. Let the top GPS blink blink and stop, then, u can exit. By now, your phone should be able to deep sleep again. icon_rolleyes.gif

just go to setting=abaut and see firmware version..if LPY then he might just flash the germany version..as far as i know ics is still not advailable for malaysia..

if u want to un-root ur device better flash any non-rooted rom into ur device using PC ODIN..
