QUOTE(JustNobody @ May 18 2012, 11:23 AM) The thing is how sure you are they cancel it? The last I know is they told the one booked that the price is subject to change and still left their name on it... Hehe... Yeah I was told almost the same thing. Maybe I should not use the word "cancel". Yes the bookings still "stick" but the price is subjected to change. If you are booked into something which the price is subjected to change, that will be kind of open ended lar .... Okay, okay ..... it's better than no booking. Anyway I did not manage to make myself into the list but I tend to think 440 psf for 1248 sf and maintenace at Rm 0.3, it is almost the max I could tolerate. Anything more expensive chances is that I am not interested anymore .... Added on May 18, 2012, 11:48 amQUOTE(ah_chung @ May 18 2012, 11:24 AM) i wonder who will buy the type D (634sf) as if u top up another 60k-70k u would get the type C (881sf) and type C, disregard the size difference, is considered double of type D (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car parks)... for investment/own stay (small family), i would say type C is the most ideal type... The bookings will reflect your thinking too. This post has been edited by puchongite: May 18 2012, 11:48 AM

QUOTE(rongfu @ May 18 2012, 10:53 AM) let us guess Tower 1, price will up how much ? i guess 490 psf for 1248sf RM611,800.... Guess guess guess Added on May 18, 2012, 10:55 amfacing LDP with traffic jam and sound pollution wor... Ya you kenot hv both, for me if buy condo, must select the highest possible for enjoying the great view (forest greenery, golf, sea, lake, city night view etc), buying low floor is no different with landed property (except having condo facility). Night view is always a choice among youngsters, remember if you want to sell in the future, most likely prospect buyer group within age 25-35.

QUOTE(kelvyn @ May 17 2012, 10:20 AM) Wow... IOI is really too much la.. after seeing the demand for Tower 1, go and increase the price even before opening to public.... They are really testing the market response... Won't be surprise that even after booking, when signing SPA later, they will also increase the price if the demand is strong... Maybe.....many these cases happened when sudden property boom last 2 yrs. You won't know....greedy developers.

QUOTE(UFO-ET @ May 18 2012, 10:44 AM) Frankly if I want to rent a condo in Puchong, if budget is not constraint, SW is definitely the 1st choice. I really dun understand,, Skypod design is totally out! (I dun think SW apt is nice either but we must know that it was designed way back in 2007). Look at the condo design in recent years, there are easily more than 80 futuristic condos' design as reference, modern design is proven very sellable!! I would rather wait for Sime Darby "if" they launch service apt in Tesco land. P/s : if someone consider buying Skypod, choose the LDP view (high floor > 15th), the night view is astonishing!! UFO kor's knowledge in Puchong is really mo tak teng.

QUOTE(UFO-ET @ May 18 2012, 12:40 PM) It's a direct competitor.. Agree with you. Although it is not comparable btw Trigon n Skypod, but both were direct competitor. SPS vs IOI. Both taikor have a frenly fire game. The BBB still there, even at increased price. Puchong is another level of Puchong in coming years.
