QUOTE(Zer0 c00L @ Jun 18 2012, 09:58 PM) The Unbilled transaction will on be shown 1-day after the TRANSACTION IS POSTED by the merchant. You can check your Available Credit Limit (that's the most up-to-date as it includes unposted transaction) |

Weird. If I am not mistaken, you just pay the value of one ticket and get the other free. Read the T&C. Did you signed the receipt for RM24?

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jun 20 2012, 01:21 AM) I think you meant online. If I am not mistaken, the buy 1 free 1 is only when you buy the tickets at the counter, just pay the value of one ticket. Read the T&C. no. i bought it over the counter at 1u. how does the transaction reflect in ur account? will they charged u for 2 tickets n giv u a rebate of 1 ticket at statement date or just charged u for 1 ticket only?edited: I signed for rm 12. However, I remembered the cashier swipe my card twice. Asked her about it n told me the 1st slip wasnt mine and was the previous customer. Did GSC 1u conned me? I never actually try the promo, but since the cashier can actually click the promo for OCBC (from their screen), you ought to pay the price of one ticket only, and get the other free, nothing to do with rebate. editted: I signed for rm 12. Since you only signed once, call up OCBC and file a dispute. This post has been edited by Human Nature: Jun 20 2012, 01:29 AM |

You have been CONNED by the Cashier..... no rebate is given in your statement. You get 2 tickets at the price of 1 ticket. i.e. Swipe and charged RM12 in your statement.edited: I signed for rm 12. Do you have your ticket stub to verify ? |
