Guys, need help here!!
I can't connect my phone to kies via usb after rooted and flash to CM9.
Things are after I plugged in USB, turn on USB storage and open kies,
kies popped up a window, it shows
Reconnect the device in Samsung Kies(PC Studio) mode.
Current connection mode not supported by Kies.
Check the USB settings.
(Settings>Applications>Development>USB debugging(x))

Then I go to Settings>Developer options>Tick Android debugging
Samsung Kies started connecting but never really connected.

all my contact numbers stored in kies, after flashed, contact numbers in phone disappeared

i'm on VK and tried to flash flux kernel but it gave me boot loop

How come i dont have that pencil icon? Eh? >.<
How to edit?

hmm weird leh mine got lockscreen freeze recently, maybe is bcoz 1.1? u got use the weather thing not? for lockscreen wan. the freeze is not actually freeze more like the circle thing dowan move, everything else still can use the notification bar still can move. i have 2 choices, off my wifi and the circle will move, if not i need wait a few minutes for it to okay back    will try this new version see

My phone I9100G have bug on firmware i think.......4.0.3 have bug but 2.3.6 nthing happen??what happen to this?

My phone after update through kies than vibration gone and magnetic sensor gone.....and also cannot connect to kies anymore....what happen?

antt00 i noticed ur using nova launcher, any comments? btw does nova launcher allow adding 1x1 widgets into the dock? this feature is in apex and its very useful if i use widgetsoid switchers 

I alr try factory reset alr....problem still there T.T....what happen??i alr go to SSC they say my hardware work good , and they help me downgrade to 2.3.6 than the problem gone but after that i update back than problem come agian WTF?

Very impressive the last time i tried it and that was the FIRST release, now its the third release and source code are being used to the fullest. Now using our source code, its smooth as butter... (I can't tell you my own experience because I'm still on stock ICS because you can't turn off the softkeys button in CM9 currently

Hi guys, im recently having this issue with the battery, i have just upgraded to the ICS 4.0.3 DXLP9 and rooted. My battery now lasts for about 26 hours before it completely shuts down.

The problem is, when i start charging it with phone off, it takes about 2-4 hours till 100% charge, previously on gingerbread its <2 hrs....
is this normal?

Another thing is that, my Android OS is taking up so much of the battery, almost about 37%. What is the normal stats of the battery usage? Can anyone please post? Any idea how to diagnose this problem? i have downloaded the BetterBattery Stats to do the diagnose the wakelocks tonite.

i am trying to re-calibrate my batt now as well... but the charging is so damn slow...=.=

any advice from sifus?

wow less than 2 hours lor, imba wei! i din know i9100g can charge so fast   

anyways betterbatterystats take screenshot of the partial wakelocks, kernel wakelocks and also the android's big graph part let us see. afaik in ics all wakelocks shows up as android os, which explains why?

The big problem is, why GALAXY NEXUS has 1GB when although it has same chipset to G version of Galaxy SII?

@destEX and @antt00 yes i am using i9100, previously i was using the gingerbread 2.3.3, the charging usually takes up to 2 hr or less....

correction: i upgraded to ICS yesterday, and this is my 2nd time charging...still it takes up to 4 hrs...damn! i think something is wrong here...

i will take the battery stats later once its fully charged.....

now im thinking of downgrading it.... can u guys share what is your battery usage like?

after upgraded to ICS, battery usage is like 10% per hour.. unplug since 10am, 6pm flat already.. =(

i noticed that my g version phone with stock ics firmware got some issues with wifi connection. sometimes cannot connect to the same network that i connected before. so need to restart phone again.

does any one got this issue too?

my g version is on 4.03 stock ICS; update thru kies.
