I have downloaded the CF-Root kernel for LPD at XDA thread.

Is that file flashable using CWM or I must use Odin?

I'm trying to avoid Odin because of the Yellow Triangle issue (although I have the jig)....leceh to get rid of it

I just tried flashing the Cf-Root file via CWM. Cannot flash.

I guess it is a Odin file.
Any good kernels that can be flashed using CWM?
My last resort is to buy Mobile Odin to flash CF-Root....

If you don't have numbers, it means you didn't flash the ICS bootloader.

i never bother about serial number . always check IMEI no.

but looking at Serial Number = all 0's makes me wondering, is it should be like that

GB bootloader cannot boot in ICS right?

IMEI is ok and matched with IMEI on the box.

It should be modified GB bootloader or modified ROM

with stock GB bootloader, i think can not.

Because, i try flash stock ICS from stock GB through mobile odin , end up getting to recovery only

Yes, that what i mean. Mobile odin doesnt flash bootloaders, so flash stock ICS from stock GB can not be done

guys need help here.

phone: non-g, just flashed with thebyani 4.3 & then flashed with this kernel AbyssAospkernel20F4
now the phone cannot boot in, it only alternating between the Galaxy S2 triangle screen & the Abyss screen.   

try reboot into recovery mode but cannot came back the same thing but i can go into download mode.
how to solve it?

FYI, ICS is running the processor as MAX performance and power saving is off initially, so to improve the battery life just on the power saving... but after on power saving, UI will have noticeable lag and processor less run at full 1200Mhz

How is CM9? Browser is hardware accelerated?smooth as stock rom?

i dun say that it will keep on stick at 1200Mhz, but use more frequent compare with GB....
